Roof Condition Certification Inspection
A Roof Condition Certification Inspection is a closer inspection of the roof system and its coverings. We will look for
any signs of leaks or damages to the roof. We will identify the type of roof covering and make note of
its overall condition. This inspection also includes a determination on the existing remaining life of the
roof coverings.
With 20 years of hopping roofs and insurance claim experience we are premier roof inspectors.
Not only will we provide the condition certification form, but we also will provide a report stating the
roof type, pitch, underlayment, flashing presence and ancillary features such as whether the gutters are attached
through the drip edge.
Please note: If you are getting a 4-Point Inspection, a Roof Condition Certification is not required as the
4-Point Inspection addresses the roof and its condition.
